Two faculty receive Science of Generosity grants

Rohini Pande, Mohammed Kamal Professor of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School, and Assistant Professor of Psychology Felix Warneken have received grants of $149,000 and $150,000, respectively, from the Science of Generosity, an initiative at the University of Notre Dame. Launched in 2009, the initiative supports and conducts research on the sources, origins, and causes of generosity; the manifestations and expressions of generosity; and the consequences of generosity for both donors and recipients.
