Ground patrol to investigate mysterious Arctic 'ping' sound

The mysterious "ping" sound reported last fall is being investigated again by the military, which in November sent a surveillance plane to the area. That search did not yield any results; this time, military personnel will spend time in the community speaking with locals who have heard it.
