Former SNC-Lavalin CEO pleads guilty in superhospital fraud case

Former SNC-Lavalin CEO Pierre Duhaime was arrested in November 2012 on charges including fraud, conspiracy and forgery related to a $1.3-billion contract to build a superhospital in Montreal. Today, he pleaded guilty to pleaded guilty to helping a public servant commit breach of trust, avoiding a trial that was to start Monday.
