Harm reduction and fighting poverty centre of Manitoba NDP addictions strategy

The Opposition NDP released a 20-page report outlining its recommendations to fight addictions in Manitoba. It calls for investments in social housing, education and training to reduce poverty, and new treatment beds and a supervised consumption site to help treat addicts.
