Body Mass Index flawed measure of healthy body weight, U of C study suggests

Body Mass Index (BMI) isn’t the best tool for measuring health because it often fails to catch people who are carrying extra fat in areas that significantly elevate their risk of health problems and even death, according to a study done at the University of Calgary.
