B.C. signing health-care deal with federal government, including money for opioid crisis

British Columbia is signing on to the health-care deal with the federal government, CBC News has learned. The deal to be announced today will give B.C. its share of new funding for home care and mental health, as well as money to deal with the opioid crisis.
