Grapefruit: a bitter peel to swallow?

Love 'em, hate 'em or just plain indifferent to them, one thing is certain: grapefruit can provide real health benefits. Like all citrus fruit, grapefruits are packed with vitamin C. They're low in sodium, high in pectin fibre and potassium and contain the antioxidant lycopene. But for some people, there can also be real risks.
